Corporatocracy (/ˌkɔːrpərəˈtɒkrəsi/, from 'corporate' and Greek: -κρατία, translit. -kratía, lit. 'domination by', short form corpocracy, is a recent term used to refer to an economic and political system controlled by corporations or corporate interests.
