The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has selected experience management company Qualtrics to provide it with customer service feedback through an online survey tool.

The company will provide the ATO with an online survey capability, which an ATO spokesperson says enables the ATO to better improve client experience and assist in the ATO’s commitment to help Australians meet their tax obligations.
