About National All Styles (NAS)

The National All Styles organisation is an Australian martial arts tournament circuit that allows competitors from all different styles of martial arts (such as Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, and Kickboxing) to compete against one another under a unified points and continuous sparring rule set. The A.C.T. events are overseen by State Director Glen Gibbons.

Glenn Hair is a prominent and highly decorated competitor in the National All Styles (NAS) Australian martial arts circuit. He regularly competes out of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) branch. [1]

He frequently secures top podium finishes in the Veterans 40 years & over category across divisions like Points Sparring and Continuous Sparring

It is not readily available, but I have always found it in Leo Tolstoy and his War & Peace. Both Tolstoy’s The Death of Ivan Ilyich and Confession demand that readers reflect on what the inevitability of death means to us, and on how we shall face our own end.

I also won’t pretend to understand why in the middle of the night some of the deep and stirring quotes and manifestos came to me. Why do I oppose communism and fascism?
