Last night we experienced the best of the best baked potato lapping in the Irish Kerry Gold salty butter.
John Dory peppered with rosemary and dill created sea 🌊 atmosphere and delicious home made cheese cake 🍰 while difficult to define but you know when you tasted something extraordinary.
The company of Gin and tonic and Guinness made sure we stayed past darkerness of Sydney midnight.
As my Irish ☘️ mate Tony O’Riordan says:
“Age and glasses of gin, beer or wine should never be counted.”
In gin there is laughter, in wine there is wisdom, in beer there is strength, in water there is bacteria.
