Mark Konza - Tax Nerd - Tax Office veteran joins Minter
Former Tax Office deputy commissioner Mark Konza has joined Australia’s largest law firm, MinterEllison, but says it is not a case of the gamekeeper becoming the poacher.
Mr Konza quietly left the ATO in May last year, 42 years after he joined the body as a 17-year-old.
“It’s hard for tax nerds like me to give it up, ” he said on Thursday.

After exhausting all of his conviction and other post-conviction remedies, Daugerdas in 1918 tries one other “hail Mary” shot in the form of a motion “to vacate his conviction and sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255.” Daugerdas v.
