So, other than apartment hunting in a dog eat dog competitive market, I've been pretty busy with studying IR legislation. Cost variables are contingent on a variety of factors, including size, neighborhood, proximity to the beach and general condition. We had found a dream flat on two ocassions, but on each ocassion we have been guzumped However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel as my old Iceberg club wants me baaack ;-)
