To media voyeurs, the name Elizabeth Spiers inspires awe - Fishbowls
The idea is to publish news and gossip about the media business, drawing insiders to the sites -- where advertisers can pitch new jobs to them, among other things.

I'm going to publish just one post, although a very long one. John Walkenbach of J-Walk Blog had a great idea for a new meme. It goes like this:

The goal of this exercise is to identify nine other bloggers that you would like to meet for dinner/drinks. The only caveat is that these bloggers must be strangers, you haven't met them before. State the blogger's name, a link to the blog, and why you would like him/her to be in attendance.
I had the honor to be among the guests that were invited by John. Other bloggers picked up the idea and posted their list of invitees. Taterhead of root.cellar had me on his list too.
